Working closely with our community of beauty advisors, Janette helps manage Landing’s education-related programs and oversees the planning, logistics and execution of retail store training. She is proficient in mapping customer journeys, defining strategy, tactical planning and execution, up-selling, cross-selling, and relationship building. She has over 10 years in the Beauty industry specializing in high volume retail sales, strategic business planning, and educational development. 

In her free time, Janette enjoys working out including: boxing, cycling and hiking!
