If you choose to apply for a Retailer account, you will provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, and job title, as well as information about your retailer, including business name, business address(es), and parent company name, if applicable. If you are an enrolled Retailer and you opt to request product samples or make a purchase via our Services, you will provide information to facilitate that order, such as your shipping address and a contact name and email for the shipment. We collect this information to provide you with access to and use of our Services you request, to personalize and improve your experience with the Services, and to facilitate communications between you and other users.
  • Billing and payment information. For example, our Service Providers (such as First Data, Paypal and Authorize.net) process payments for the purpose of charging enrolled Brands who choose to purchase our Services, and may collect credit card information, billing address, and payment processor. In addition, if you are an enrolled Brand, you may receive orders from Retailers via our Services, in which case you will provide information to facilitate that order, such as certain financial information (e.g. bank account information) so we can pay you. If you are an enrolled Retailer, you may choose to place product orders from Brands via our Services.
